Mom and I canned 77 quarts of appleasuce last Saturday. It was exhausting, and I figure we can probably open a jar every third day between now and Summer. Applesauce anyone??? OK, maybe we over did it a little... :)
I am so jealous! I miss Washington Apples like crazy! Thanks for your comments on my blog. We couldn't be more excited about our little one. We have our big ultrasound scheduled for 12/4 and hope to find out the flavor that day too. I hope you are well. It looks like you are exactly 1 week ahead of me. Are you going to find out the sex of your baby?

That is so great! You will be very thankful you did as many as you did. Especially if the kids enjoy applesauce.
