Sacagawea Days

Every year Sacagawea Park has Heritage Days. The local Indian tribes come and Moutian men (and women). It's a pretty cool event. This year we went with our home school group ( Hm Link).

This Lady is showing the boys what people would typically trade for beaver skins.

Zach by the canoe.

The Indian Dancer

Luke watching the Indian Dances.

This picture is fairly depictive of how Chloe acted that morning.....sort of a stinker.

Little Eva boo was fairly vocal about her needs too and was most happy crawling around (not riding in the stroller).

A typical chore of boys this age one hundred yrs ago (maybe a little more).

Chloe by the steam locamotive.

I left John at home to work on his homework, but called to tell him he would really love all the things at the park adn to meet us if he had time. Well, of course he couldn't pass it up, but figured he would ride his bike instead of drive.....um, nice idea, but he was a little off on how long it would take, so after waiting awhile, we finally went and picked him up on our way home.

Pick up area....

Had to throw this one in for mom, because she's really into the light peaking out from behind people in pictures....

We thought it was pretty funny that the pick up area was by this sign. lol....we almost lef the kids :)
