We love our Cousins!!!

It's always a good time with the Martin family. 9 cousins in all. A very creative bunch...throw them all on a farm with lots to do and we always have a winning combination! We just love it when they come to town! All the kiddos! Minus one in the bathroom and one in bed. Would it really be possible to get them all in a picture?

These are some pics of the baby shower that my friend Patti and I through for our other friend Tammy. Patti did a fabulous job decorating and I brought the goodies...it was an awesome time! Cutie Patootie Gracee.

So yes, this picture is proof that we may have a problem. John unloaded the car after a few days and this picture shows that we consume quite a bit of caffiene to get us through the day!
Luke is such a good big brother. He loves Zach so much! He's constantly trying to play with him, hug him or hold him. We're usually having to tell Luke to give him a break! Most the time though, we're really thankful that Luke is this way! Here they are watching cartoons on Saturday morning.

Joel was finally invited to a friend's birthday party. He has watched Luke and Chloe go to many, so it was so fun to see him go to one of "his" friends! It was quite the party too. I think he injested about 1 lb of sugar and attempted to play many video games (it was quite apparent that we don't have any of them at home). I have to say that 4 and 5 yr olds birthday parties have to be the most fun though, they can do alot by themselves, but there still young enough to want to wear hats!

Harvest Party 2009!

The Pumpkin Patch with Joel

Oh boy! For many years poor Joel has been left out, watching his older brother and sister get to go on fun field trips. Yesterday, he finally got his chance. His class went to the pumpkin patch! John, Zach and I got to go too, of course being the slightly out-of-control parents we are, we accidently went to the wrong pumpkin patch ! We went to the one Luke is going to on Monday, but luckily, we were able to get to Joels' just in time to watch him pick out his pumpkin :)

Zechariah is 6 months!

Oh we love our Zechariah, and I have to say that I'm pretty sad he's already 6mo! He's such a nice baby. Happy just to be. He's almost got sitting up down and rolls all around. He's starting to talk and yell at us when he's mad. He loves to eat and is big for his age. His hair is coming in with a reddish tent, which we're all excited about. He loves playing with his dad and siblings, and they sure love him...still too much at times. Zach doing homework with dad.
