I'm jealous about the hockey game. Laughed hard about the broken man. arm and pulled fire alarm. I think your busier then me. The video I took is too big but I attached a picture for the kids on a view of our Camp ...beautiful place.

Shopping woes and the hockey game

Well, today I tried Christmas shopping with the kids....we made it to 1.5 stores. We started off in Old Navy, where Joel broke an arm off a manican. Then we went to the Gap, where Luke opened the emergency fire alarm door. Then we left the mall. I'm going to hire a babysitter for the rest of the Christmas shopping!

This is a pic of our 1st hockey game. Our neighbors offered us some tickets and they were awsome seats. The kids were actually great and their favorite part was the Zamboni and blimp during intermissions.....oh ya, and popcorn. We even won!

Craigslist find of the week :)

It's getting cold here....so cold that I find myself not running nearly as much as I need to, so I thought it was only appropriate that I find a treadmill on Craigslist. I finally recieved a reply, from a man who was willing to sell one for $50! I was very excited, untill I saw that it was obviously from the 70's (or close to that!). Hey, it worked and that's all I needed, plus he dropped it off and everything.....so far though, it's only been used for a car ramp! I guess I'll consider it dual purpose :)

The Boat Parade

Tonight my sister Carinn, nephew Brady, the kids and I went to the Tri-Cities boat parade. We live right on the river and the park they float by is only 1/4 mile walk, so we thought it would be perfect. Unfortunalty, we arrived an hour and a half before the boats came, and it's alot colder here than at the Honolulu boat parade! The boats eventually came though and in the end it was all worth it....I think :)

I just got a smallpox shot. Little metal fork that they poke you w/ 3 times. Say I'll get a perminate scar from it. Half the guys get sick...I'm hoping that I'll be the other half.

Hey everyone,

I just heard from John. He's a little groggy from the time change, and says he feels like he's in a different world....big suprise. But hey, there's a 24 hr Starbucks....so in my opinion it will all be ok :)
