Oops, has it been a month:( !

OK, I guess I didn't realize how much I posted for John while he was deployed, since now that he's back, I'm doing horribly! Well, John is still in Hawaii getting outprocessed, but will be back permanetly next week! He was sad to have to turn in his military ID yesterday for a temp and was sworn into the reserves yesterday. It's all sort of weird and sad for us, but we know it's God's plan and therefore we are happy to be doing this.

Upcoming for us....a summer with LOTS of yard work, and John will be finding a new job, to accomplany his school work that will be starting in late Aug. A whole new chapter for us, but I think anything sounds great, as long as we're all together! For me, I'm looking forward to family and friends this summer! Can't wait to have alot of BBQ's in the sun and many more adventures. I also have about 20-25 more lbs of baby weight to get rid of....run, run, run! I gained a total of 60 this pregnancy...yikes!, but 40 of it is already gone, so that's a good start!

That's the skinny on us. Hopefully I will be keeping you better informed :)

We went to Spokane the other day, to see our friends Jeremy and Michelle. Jeremy and John are Rosalia buddies and, as you can see from the picture, are still pretty goffy together....well, ok, maybe John is.
We went to hand out, but also to say good-by for a bit, since Jeremy will be headed to the middle east for a yr. Our prayers will be with you Jeremy :)

Bad blogger, bad blogger

ok, ok,
I know I've been the biggest blogg slacker since John's been home. For some reason my printer wouldn't read my card, and then I've been tired since I'm due soon....excuses, excuses. No excuses, do work...right Katie V.?

So, it's been absolutely wonderful having John home!! He's bought a new chainsaw and has gone bananas in our back yard (pictures soon to come). And really, besides the house basics, he's just been fixing everything I've let be broken for the past 1.5 yrs.
I'll be induced next week sometime (probably Friday), if the baby doesn't come any sooner. I'm sooo huge and am pretty much very uncomfortable, so I'm hoping he comes ASAP!

Besides that, the kiddos are on spring break. That's really about the wrap on us. I'll post some good pics soon. My card is full, so I'll need to figure out how to get that thing downloaded!
